The mission of the TCCA Parent Teacher Coalition is to collaborate with families to create initiatives that celebrate and support our school and community.

There are multiple ways to get involved! 

The PTC is thrilled to have you as part of our TCCA community and now’s the perfect time to jump in and help make an impact!

PTC has several opportunities to volunteer at events throughout the school year. We’re looking for passionate, talented individuals (that’s YOU!) to share your expertise, bring fresh energy, and lend a hand. Whether you’re a pro in your field or just eager to get involved, there’s a place for you on our team.

Volunteering is a great way to connect with fellow TCCA families, contribute back to the school in many different ways, and shine together. Ready to help make something amazing happen? Join us today and let’s make magic together!

Steps to get involved:

•  Attend a PTC Meeting
•  Become a paid member of the PTC (click here to join! It’s only $25 for the yearly fee through your MySchoolBucks account)
• APPLY FOR YOUR BACKGROUND CHECK (Please fill out this FORM to register for an updated background check)
•  Verify the PTC has the best email for you, so you will receive monthly email communication regarding any volunteer opportunities and PTC happenings
•  Request to be added to our special communication group that is used to share any last minute opportunities at the school by emailing ptc@thetcca.net

Meanwhile, TCCA has specific school volunteer opportunities they are also in need of throughout the school day. Some of those include in the cafeteria and in the workroom(Click HERE for Lunchroom sign up). School volunteers must have their background check completed before being eligible to sign up. Please use the direct links above if interested.

Lastly, the PTC has a running AMAZON WISHLIST that is periodically updated throughout the year with items needed to fulfill wishes for upcoming events. One of the main goals for the PTC each year is to have our scheduled events covered as much as possible by sponsorships and/or donations. Every donation, big or small, is greatly appreciated.
