TCCA offers an in-house Before & After School Enrichment Program (BASE) for scholars in need of extended care before and/or after the regular 8:00 am - 3:00 pm school day. The BASE program provides scholars with scheduled before and after-school activities where scholars can receive academic assistance, get extra help with homework assignments, and discover new hobbies, interests, and activities outside the classroom setting. 

Please read the following information carefully before registering.

●     Registration is done through MSB.

●     Before and After Care will only be offered to students entering Kindergarten through 6th grade.

●     Sign-Ups for the 2026-2027 school year beginning Friday, July 24th. Spots are limited, any student after the initial allotted amount will be placed on a waitlist. If you are waitlisted, we cannot guarantee a spot for your child this school year. Click here to register.

Pricing

Following is the pricing structure that all schools must follow:

Before School Care:

• $60/month

• $40 per child non refundable reg./supply fee

• Days: Monday - Friday (Full Time)

• Hours: 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM

• Program available all school days including half days (No aftercare last day of school)

 

After School Care:

• $185.00/month

• $40 per child non refundable reg./supply fee

• Days: Monday - Friday (Full Time)

• Hours: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Program available all school days including half days (No aftercare last day of school)

 

Both Before & After School Care

• $225.00/month

• $40 per child non refundable reg./supply fee

• All school days for both AM & PM

• Program available all school days including half days (No aftercare last day of school)

Drop-In (Part-Time) Rates:

●     Before Care: $15.00 per day

●     After Care: $20.00 per day

●     Program available all school days.

Payment information*:

●     All payments must be made through the school's payment portal, MySchoolBucks.

●     Payments are due by the first of each month.

●     NO CHILD WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR CARE IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED IN ADVANCE.

●     Extra fees may be charged for special events or enrichment services provided by outside vendors. These will be optional.

●     Late payment fee: A late payment fee of $25.00 will be charged to any account with an outstanding balance remaining after the 7th of each month.

●     Refunds: Refunds are issued upon students’ withdrawal from the school if excess payment has been made. One-week notice is required when withdrawing a student.

Late pick-up fees:

●     Parents will be invoiced late fees per scholar as follows:

●     1 - 15 minutes late = $15.00

●     16 - 30 minutes late = $30.00

●     31 - 45 minutes late = $45.00

●     46 - 60 minutes late = $60.00

●     61+ minutes late = $75 plus $15 for every quarter-hour and authorities called to pick up the scholar(s).

●     All charges are per scholar. Sibling discounts do not apply to late fees.
