TCCA offers an in-house Before & After School Enrichment Program (BASE) for scholars in need of extended care before and/or after the regular 8:30 am - 3:30 pm school day. The BASE program provides scholars with scheduled before and after-school activities where scholars can receive academic assistance, get extra help with homework assignments, and discover new hobbies, interests, and activities outside the classroom setting. 

Please read the following information carefully before registering.

●     Registration is done through MSB.

●     Before and After Care will only be offered to students entering Kindergarten through 6th grade.

●     Sign-Ups will open TBD. Spots are limited, any student after the initial allotted amount will be placed on a waitlist. If you are waitlisted, we cannot guarantee a spot for your child this school year. Click here to register.

●     There is a $35 non-refundable deposit per scholar to secure your spot. If you decide to not utilize this service after making this deposit, it will not be returned to you.

Pricing

Following is the pricing structure that all schools must follow:

Non Refundable Registration Fee:

●     $35.00 per child

Before School Enrichment Program:

●     $60/month*

●     Days: Monday - Friday (Full Time)

●     Hours: 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM

●     Program available all school days.

After School Enrichment Program:

●     $180.00/month*

●     Days: Monday - Friday (Full Time)

●     Hours: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

●     Program available all school days

●     Scholars signed up for Clubs and/or Sports will attend those sessions and then return to After Care. If not signed up for After Care, they will go to the designated area for pick-up.

Both Before School & After School Enrichment Program:

●     $220.00/month

●     All school days for both AM & PM.

●     Program available all school days

Drop-In (Part-Time) Rates:

●     Before Care: $10.00 per day

●     After Care: $18.00 per day

●     Program available all school days.

Sibling Discounts:

●     Sibling discounts are available when you enroll more than one child in the BASE program.

●     First sibling = full price

●     Additional siblings = 50% discount

Payment information*:

●     All payments must be made through the school's payment portal, MySchoolBucks.

●     Payments are due by the first of each month.

●     NO CHILD WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR CARE IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED IN ADVANCE.

●     Extra fees may be charged for special events or enrichment services provided by outside vendors. These will be optional.

●     Late payment fee: A late payment fee of $25.00 will be charged to any account with an outstanding balance remaining after the 7th of each month.

●     Refunds: Refunds are issued upon students’ withdrawal from the school if excess payment has been made. One-week notice is required when withdrawing a student.

Late pick-up fees:

●     Parents will be invoiced late fees per scholar as follows:

●     1 - 15 minutes late = $15.00

●     16 - 30 minutes late = $30.00

●     31 - 45 minutes late = $45.00

●     46 - 60 minutes late = $60.00

●     61+ minutes late = $75 plus $15 for every quarter-hour and authorities called to pick up the scholar(s).

●     All charges are per scholar. Sibling discounts do not apply to late fees.
